A coworking day pass is $19 a day and a Monday to Friday pass is $59 a week. Monthly plans are $199 for coworking, $299 for a dedicated desk and $49 for a business address. Furnished private offices start at $950 a month.

Yes. The event center seats up to 100 people for conferences or 80 at banquet tables, with state-of-the-art AV, free parking and EV charging. Weekday rates start at $99 an hour for one room and $249 an hour for the full space, with a courtyard and café for outdoor receptions and catering add-ons. The events team replies to inquiries within 24 hours.

Yes. The campus has a 3,500 sq ft fitness center with free weights, cardio equipment, space for group classes and yoga, a hydro massage chair, lockers and showers. Gym access is included with every coworking membership.

Founders can work from the coworking space, join startup programs and mentorship, get legal help with formation, contracts and fundraising, and connect with investors, all on one campus with a community of other builders.
